john-beggs

I am dedicated to representing individual employees in employment disputes with their employers. I am a trial lawyer who has represented clients in a variety of employment law cases. I represent employees who are fighting to obtain unemployment benefits. I handle discrimination cases based on age, race, sex, and disability. I handle sexual harassment claims, retaliation/whistle blower claims, wrongful termination cases, wage and hour disputes (including class actions), and over time claims. Most cases are on a contingency fee basis and my initial consultation is free. I fought in Vietnam with 101st Airborne Division and was later a Captain in the Judge Advocate General Corps in Germany where I tried hundreds of courts martial. After 7 years of active duty service and 20 years in the U.S Army Reserves I retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.  I am married and the father of 5 wonderful sons – none of whom care a “hoot” about employment law.
